Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Prepare Sales pitch and present SAV value proposition customised to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
  • Propose Spectrum maintenance contract and pricing to customer based on accurate information on Rooms summary and Equipment list
  • Work with Project Sales and other channels to generate new leads, qualify new opportunities, and increase closing rate of qualified opportunities to achieve sales target and profit margin set for new services business
    • Conduct research on competitor activities on managed accounts
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Services Sales Manager to highlight and resolve potential issues on sales

Client Management

  • Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. back to back manufacturers/vendors/post sales team) to support and retain existing maintenance customer
    • Obtain monthly maintenance renewal listing from Operations Support and contact customers to renew contract and/or identify opportunities to upsell New Business
    • Submit weekly Sales report to Service Sales Manager on the renewal listing that consist of Sales stage, Sales forecast by week, month, Sales order login for the week.
    • Contact customer at least 3 months prior to contract expiry to understand customer needs, obtain feedback and resolve any customer issues
    • Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders (e.g. Post Sales CSO, project Sales, Project Delivery) to maintain trust between customer and the company
  • Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
    • Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
    • Ensure payment has been received for all outstanding invoices

Admin

  • Work closely with Operations Support to ensure proper handover of paperwork and adequate administrative support is received for Services Sales Business
    • Collation of all information and documents (contract, contract information, costing, payment terms etc.)
    • Sales order login and contract preparation

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with Diploma in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing or related discipline with at least 1 years of sales experience are welcome;
  • Candidates who able to work independently and with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome;
  • Candidates with good presentation skills; negotiation skills and analytical skills is preferable;
  • Preferably those able to adapt to changes, and work in fast pace environment
