Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Overall Responsibilities

•  
• To meet or exceed Gross Profit and Orders Target set by organization through new customer acquisition
• To develop and implement market penetration plans and strategies to grow new markets and new named accounts
• To conduct cold calls to new prospects to introduce Dynasafe solutions and to set up face-to-face meetings with the new prospects. 
• To work closely with marketing / product / pre-sales / support team to develop, present, assess, design, and recommend security solutions that addresses customers’ business needs
• To lead, manage, and prepare proposals for submission to customers with the team assigned for the project
• To take ownership of customer issues / problem, and work with Dynasafe / Product Principals toward resolution of problem raised
• To establish superior customer relationship, manage and handle customer expectation professionally, and to ensure high customer satisfaction level.

Sales Administration

•  
• Diligently enter and update sales activities into Dynasafe’s contact management software tool.
• Submit detail weekly sales activities report and conduct weekly sales meetings with Dynasafe management.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer documents into the designated customer filing system
• Monitor project implementation closely with Technical team, and to advise the management to activate customer invoices on a timely manner, and to follow-up with customers on collection.

 

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years (for Account Manager) / 5 years (for Senior Account Manager) of relevant working experience in sales
• Experience & exposure in IT Security and networking Industry will be an added advantage
• Technical applicants wishing to take up the Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role may also be considered.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Candidate may be required to travel occasionally

 

Working Days: 5 Days a week（Monday to Friday） from 9:00am to 6:00pm
