Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will find yourself overseeing the operations of our Account Servicing teams. You’ll work with Project Managers and Executives, providing a range of services and solutions in line with our client’s requirements.

Reporting directly to the Account Director, your passion and experience is reflected in the quality of the work you and your team deliver. This is a rewarding position, with direct exposure to high-profile clients and diverse range of projects and experiences.


• Act as an advisor to clients on marketing communications solutions
• Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects
• Actively establish new business leads and develop business proposals
• Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship with existing and new clientele
• Responsible for the profitability of the allocated accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions


Job Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing or Mass Communications
• Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in marketing, advertising or project management
• Experience in execution of marketing communication collaterals, events, PR or advertising is highly preferred
• Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practices
• Passion for clientele servicing to provide quality service
• Able to work independently yet contribute as a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Only those with relevant Marcom or Events experience will be considered
