Job Description



Account Manager (IT/ Telecom)

Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and growing revenues
  • Grow revenue from the assigned telecom customers and develop new telecom or managed service provider customers in the assigned territories
  • Provide consultative and discovery selling by positioning Global Internet services and SDWAN services
  • Provide strategic account plans for key accounts
  • Support the regional sales plan for all Company's services, identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Understand and articulate Company's positioning, strategy and internet approach
  • Demonstrate a clear awareness the specific market pressures, trends and transitions
  • Succeed through working closely with a team of pre-sales Engineers and Technical leaders
  • Upsell the entire Company product portfolio to new and existing customers
  • Maintain a sales funnel report and quarterly sales forecasts



Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing accounts; preferably from IT and Telecom industry
  • Minimum educational level is a BA degree in a business or engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Market knowledge and experience of Internet based WAN and Public Cloud Applications is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals
  • Occasional regional travel is required
