Job Description

Responsibilities

To handle Aircon Sales & Marketing for Export Market (Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Fiji, etc), the Account Manager will manage Account Sales (sell in & sell out) to meet sales target, guide and follow up marketing guidelines to improve brand positioning and awareness. To also manage Brandshops ISM/Marketing activity in Emerging markets. Details as follows:-

 

Account Management

  • Liaise with customer to plan orders / forecast (Aircon) including accounts management, project management (Access, Spec-in to Award)
  • Gather Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) and make sell out initiatives for Aircon products
  • Track shipment plan
  • Ensure AR collection for all customers
  • Liaise with PM / HQ in terms of pricing set up, PRM, sales training tool, service issues
  • Support customer with PRM, comparison chart, sales training tool whenever required
  • Market Sensing: competitor analysis
  • Marketing Activity: Review channel marketing plan and guide, In-store management, display, etc.

 

Sectional Operational Matters

  • Preparation of Sectional reports (Monthly PSI, QBR, TMM, Biz Review, etc.)
  • Month end tracking of sales closing for Aircon products
  • Liaise with inter department for any export related matters (Sales admin, DP, Finance, AR, PM, HQ, etc.)

 

Marketing

  • Gather & Consolidate Marketing/Promotion Plan from Channels
  • Brandshop Management
  • Marketing Budget Management

 

Responsibilities

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or its equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Consumer Electronics Product experience preferred
  • Good proven track of Sales & Marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
  • Able to travel overseas frequently
