Account Executive (Up $2800 / Manufacturing / East)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Finance Department on daily accounting duties.
• Prepare and process Trade & Non-Trade AP invoices and staff expenses claims.
• Month end AP reconciliation.
• Prepare payments voucher and issuance of cheques or online banking.
• Responsible for vendors queries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assign

 

Requirements:

• Certificate in accounting or equivalent qualification with 3 years accounting working experience.
• Computer literate & proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge and hands on experiences in accounting system will be added advantage
