Job Description


  • Experience in managing full sets of accounts independently (BS, P&L, GL, AR, AP, Cashflow, Assets, Payroll & Budgeting)
  • Maintain subsidiary ledgers (i.e. Fixed Asset Register), reconcile with general ledger control figures.
  • Processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Able to handle full set of computerised accounts
  • Prepare management reports
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of monthly staff payroll
  • Entering data of receipts, payments and invoices
  • Ensure accuracy in preparing monthly cash flow reports
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

  • Multi-tasking, work independently with self-initiative
  • Candidate possess a Diploma or Advanced/higher/graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI/ACCA is a must
