Account cum Admin Assistant
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (0830 – 1730hrs)
Alternate Saturday (0830 – 1230hrs)
Salary: $1600 - $1800
• Assisting in accounting duties
• Handles bank reconciliation, admin, data entry of account records
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, order sheets for purchases and process cheque payment
• Call customers to arrange appointment
• Perform daily administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-discipline and responsible
• Punctuality in reporting to work
• Can start work immediately.
