Account cum Admin Assistant (5 day/ Immediate/Geylang)

-*No quota for foreigner*
-Perform carpark administrative duties
-Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email
-Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner
-Assist in processing and updating client’s data
-Must have experience in accounting work
-Perform month-end closing duties
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned
-Able to stay back on an ad-hoc basis during busy periods (eg: month-end closing)
Job Requirements:
-‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
-Singaporean with minimum 1-year experience in handling accounts and other relevant work experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Pleasant personality
-Able to work well in a team
-Be proactive and able to take initiative
-Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
