Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
  • Handles petty cash
  • Account Receivable collection/follow up
  • Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
  • Prepare invoices, delivery order, and payment instruction to send for every payment order. 
  • Answering of phone calls
  • Assist in audit
  • Stock take
  • Carry out general administrative assistance and clerical support
  • Dealing with postage and courier matters
  • Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Assist the Director / Manager all assignment/task given to you

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting/LCCI
  • Strong ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
  • Methodical and meticulous       
  • Proficient in Ms Office, Excel and Word
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience as accounting officer
