Job Description


  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
  • Handles petty cash
  • Account Receivable collection/follow up
  • Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
  • Processing PO from online ordering system
  • Prepare invoices, delivery order, and payment instruction to send for every payment order. 
  • Maintaining customer’s orders
  • Answering of phone calls
  • Assist in audit
  • Stock take
  • Carry out general administrative assistance and clerical support
  • Dealing with postage and courier matters
  • Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Assist the Director all assignment/task given to you


Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting/LCCI

Methodical and meticulous    

Proficient in Ms Office, Excel and Word

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 2-3 years working experience as accounting officer
