Account & Admin executive
-Assist in processing of general accounts
-To ensure timely payment and collection of outstanding invoices
-Provide administrative and operational supports
-Handling of incoming calls and enquiries
-Ensure information entered in the company system is up-to-date and accurate
-Other ad-hos duties as and when required.
-Basic Knowledge in accounting and bookeeping
-Proficient in MS office and with knowledge of MYOB, QuickBook or other Accounting software experience is advantage.
-Able to Multi-Task and handle works assigned with little supervision.
-Team player, positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Good organistational and liasion capabities, analytical an problem solving skills.
-Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin (Oral & Written)
-Able to start work immediately or wth short notice period.
