*HEALTHCARE* Senior/ Executive, Human Resource (Compensation & Benefits / Payroll/ Business Partner)
We are looking for a Senior/ HR Executive specializing in Benefits for one of our clients from Healthcare industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Propose improvements to C&B policies as well as regular review of benefits for staff.
- Perform workpass application/ renewal/ appeal and termination
- Ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements such as MoM by regular review of workforce policies.
- Handle all the staff benefits, WICA or any related matters
- Perform on-boarding for new hires to ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- Assist in various projects and engagement initiatives to create a fun and engaging work environment
Requirements
- Min Degree, Post graduate diploma, Master in Human Resource/ Psychology/ Business or any related course
- Min 2 years of experience in HR
- Experience in healthcare industry is highly preferred but those without healthcare experience are also welcome to apply
