Job Scope:

• Conceptualize, design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive vision systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of all components
• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and determine appropriate design approaches for automotive vision system components
• Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D designs of mechanical components
• Perform mechanical design calculations such as stress, thermal, and vibration analyses to ensure design meets requirements
• Conduct testing of mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
• Create and maintain design documentation such as technical drawings, bills of materials and test reports
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of automotive vision systems and incorporate them into the design process
• Work with suppliers to select appropriate materials, components and manufacturing processes to achieve design goals
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation and any relevant Industry
• Good to have FMEA / FEA experience
• Experience dealing with vehicle camera AND/OR sensor system
