• Work closely with business to deeply understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. With this knowledge, develop the most effective recruiting strategies.
• Strategize ways to build the talent pipelines. Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of the organization, platforms, and networks, to find, connect with and recruit right talent.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc.)
• Work closely with hiring managers to achieve an effective recruiting process and advise on best practices (including assessment tools to evaluate candidates’ competencies).
• Deliver an awesome candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness.
