Guest Associate
Are the face of our Brand and are responsible for Capturing the best Guest Experience. You will attend to customers upon their entrance to the assigned sites and ensure appropriate attention is given to customers (including approaching and presenting services, attending, and providing appropriately based on guest selection inquiry).
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient photo-taking services to the customers
- Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
- Answer questions or make recommendations (new products, offers) to customers
- To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you will do
- Take photos for tourists at our attraction sites and share the images with them to determine if they would like to purchase them
- Promote and sell additional photo products that may be of interest to them
- Work alongside your team-mates helping each other connect with the guests in your area
