Customer Service Advisor (Automotive) - Class 3, MNC, Gross UP TO $3000++
Summary Benefit :
- Salary : Gross Up $3000+ + AWS + BONUS

Responsibilities :
- Attend to the needs of the customers professionally
- Responsible for the communication of information between customer and the workshop
- Ensure administrative work is carried out promptly (i.e., insurance claim, warranty claims)
- Assist customer in filling accident report
- Prepare accurate accident repair estimate and provide necessary supplementary estimate
Requirements :
- Nitec/ Diploma /Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Must have a valid Class 3 License/ Malaysia Driving License
- Candidate with experiences working in Automotive industry will have added advantages
- Candidate with relevant working experience handling continental vehicle will also have added advantages
