Our Client, is in the Engineering Industry located in the East has opening for Project Engineer(Medical Devices)

Responsibilities:

·         Plans and execute development activities that results in solutions to design problems, design evaluations (compatibility, usability, safety)

·         Oversees risk analysis documentation and support the development of product verification/validation plans and testing.

·         Define timelines for development activities and provide regular updates on the status of those activities.

·         Work with engineering and suppliers to tackle manufacturability issues and then collaborate with manufacturing partners during Design Transfer phase Instill Design Control requirements and ensures compliance for entire project.

·         Work directly with the Cross Functional Team to gather key data for Project Core Team

·         Communicate concepts, ideas and knowledge to other individuals, surgeons, customers and/or teams, and work effectively as a team member. Prioritize tasks and handle a dynamic workload.

·         Executes other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical or related discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in new product development, manufacturing engineering or related work.
• Have prior experience in a highly regulated industry. Engineering experience in medical devices will be an advantage
• Prior experience on video, camera or display technologies desirable
• Manage suppliers to produce electronic hardware (PCB, driver boards etc) for development and NPI team.
• Familiar with hardware verification activities and Design Transfer activities Detail-oriented with hands-on style of project management and problem solving
• Strong communication skills and able to describe technical challenges to non-technical team members
