ICT Helpdesk Agent / Engineer


Job Title: ICT Helpdesk Agent / Engineer

Work Location: Central Singapore

Job Type: 2 Years Contract, subject to renewal

About the Job


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. To provide helpdesk support pertaining to MS Office, Email, Internet, LAN/Wifi, Anti-virus Software, Corporate and Web applications, Mobile Devices, AudioVideo Conferencing, Printers, Copiers and Computers used by VIPs and end-users.
  2. Handling incoming calls and email enquiries with demonstration of excellent customer service skills.
  3. To channel and escalate any unresolved issues to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.

  5. Proactively identify areas of service and process improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
  6. Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related qualification.
  2. Good command over written and spoken English.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Adaptability to work in multicultural environment.n providing Customer Service.
  5. Adaptability to work in multicultural environment.
  6. Financial Services Industry (eg. banking, insurance), consulting, pharmaceutical, healthcare or social service exposure will be beneficial.
  7. A strong team player.
  8. Locals preferred.
