Sales Coordinator/ Order Processing Admin

Salary: $1800-$2200

Location: West-Central (near Harboufront mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week/ *WFH


  • Ensure that all sales orders are properly approved and invoices promptly generated for each order
  • Ensure that all sales requisitions are properly authorized / approved and proper documents are prepared for order delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and creation of Contract for Machine-in-field


  • N/O Level/ Nitec with 1-2 year working experience and computer skill.
  • Pleasant personality, able to handle internal and external customers

Logistics Officer/ Coordinator (contract)

Location: West-Central area (near circle line mrt)

Salary: $2500-$3000

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week/ *WFH


1.     Ensure that proper procedure and control of document for purchase order, stock receipt of goods, item maintenance and vendor listing as well as other documentations pertaining to the logistics department

2.     Responsible for ensuring that all goods ordered are recorded in the system.


Job Descriptions


1.     All Administration Work for the Logistics and Warehouse Department

2.     Administrator the item maintenance

3.     Ensure that purchase from Authorized Vendor

4.     Issuing of Purchase Order (except spare parts) and ensure proper approval authorization

5.     Monitoring Outstanding Purchase Order

6.     GIN New Stock and ensure accuracy and completeness

7.     GRN Recon Stock and Listing

8.     Stock Receipt for RMA Stock

9.     Stock Receipt for Cannibalized Stock

10.  Handle Non-conforming product procedure

11.  Stock transfer/Stock Adjustment & Stock Receipt Functions

12.  Monitoring and informing relevant parties on arrival of goods and update the shipment schedule to the Logistics Folder for PSD, CSD and CFA to view

13.  Update Logistics Cost for Reporting

14.  Stock In Transit Report

15.  Report for Stock provision for spare parts and consumables

16.  Handle insurance claim for damage/lost goods and cargoes

17.  PSAI process – Downloaded Stock On Hand Report, PSAI files and Key into Lotus Notes for RAPO.


O Level/ ITE/ Diploma with 5 year relevant full logistic admin support work experience preferably from IT related company or big MNC company.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Able to handle internal and external customers

Able to work independently without supervision

**Mature worker with relevant experiences welcomed to apply

  • Part-Time F&B Crew @Town City Hall area > 10 Part-Timer vacancies

    ·       Rate: *$8-$10 per hour

    Working hour: 12noon-5pm and/or 6pm-11pm Mon-Sun *Weekends Only or, 3-5 times per week

    **Transport provided home at certain timing

    *Prefer those with some F&B/ banquet experiences. TRAINING provided! NO washing! NO cleaning!
