The Job
Job Description:
- Posting advertisements on Job Portals
- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database
- Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
- Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers
- Training up new staff
- Managing day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through various sourcing channels and administrative tasks
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses a Full-time Diploma / A-level in any field
- No work experience required, Training will be provider
- Positive, fun and friendly working environment
