Commercial Director/ Sales Director

8,000 SGD - 10,000 SGD/Month

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and achieves sales revenue targets for the company

• Develop and achieve sales channel plans: On-Premises, Off-Premise, E Commerce, Duty Free, Retail, Supermarket and ensure brand targets including distribution, visibility, promotions and pricing

• Lead and manage On & Off Premise team members including coaching infield and store, key customer visits

• Develops and manages the Sales channel customer contracts, trading terms, discounts, visibility, pricing

• Develops and leads negotiations for key customer contracts

• Maintains relationships and is the key contact for the key trade customers

• Develops and nurtures private customer network relationships

• Continually reviews and grows account base and optimizes account base to achieve required distribution

in line with brand segmentation

• Defines coverage and call cycle requirements for the team to ensure greatest impact and revenue

Outcomes

• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed and on time as requested (e.g., performance tracking

of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities)

• Supports reporting and reviews with brand principles for the channel

• Keep up to date with market trends and identifies new opportunities for the business and the brands

represented in the Singapore market

• Ad hoc required from management.

• 1 Off Premise Executive

• 1 On-Premises Manager

• On-Premises executive

• Brand Ambassador

• Marketing team – alignment with channel plans and brand strategies

• Finance team

• Board of Directors

• Brand Principles: marketing & trade marketing teams

PERSONAL SPECS

• Graduate in marketing or business from university

• 6+ years’ experience leading a sales team in the spirits/ FMCG industry

• Dynamic, self-motivated leader with proven track record in developing team capabilities

• Proven success in achieving business revenue and brand objectives

• Excellent communication and negotiation with customers in different levels

• Excellent relationship and networking skills

• Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, and travel when required

• Good planning, team management skills

• Have knowledge of Mandarin to cooperate with stakeholders/agencies in Singapore

 

COMPENSATION/ ALLOWANCES PER MONTH

Salary To be discussed

Allowance mobile phone and transportation allowance

Bonus Quarterly incentive bonus paid on sales revenue (should targets be achieved)

Probation 3 months probation (Full gross salary during probation – no incentive)
