  • Review/Approve WD Account Payable (AP) input
  •  Input invoice information into WD for invoice related to Local and Expat’s payroll and BTA Travel (JM/JG)
  • Back-fill for AP input into WD
  •  Process payment: Act as a checker for payment processing
  • Input month end close intercompany journal
  • Account Receivable/General Ledger/Intercompany: a. Liaise and coordinate with GSS PK team on queries when necessary b. Ensure all journal entries posted into WD are completed and accurate c. Manage deliverables of GSS PK team
  • Perform expat’s cost accruals, monthly fixed and adjustment journal.
  • Perform intercompany invoicing information
  • Assist in preparing monthly exchange rate and distribution
  • Coordinate with other entities for appropriate intercompany transactions issue that will happen from time to time including reconciliation and settlement
  • Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation
  •  Review bank reconciliation (cash book vs bank account, and WD vs bank account)
  •  Involved in month end closing and yearend closing
  • Compile and furnish expat’s benefits-in-kind information for Mobility Team
  • In depth understanding of financial information
  • Perform Financial report: a. FTE list updating b. FTE recharge report c. Reconciliation of revenue and cost d. Group Finance report
  • Assist in Annual Group Accounting and Tax reporting
  •  Compiling, preparing and coordinate with external consultant for appropriate issues for GST filing, business survey, corporate income tax filing, annual audited financial statements and Corporate secretary
  • Work closely with business controllers Sensitivity: Internal
  • Assist in develop, facilitate and operate the financial reporting process in an efficient way
  •  Knowledge of local corporate tax and compliance (GST, ECI, Withholding Tax)
  • Ad-hoc tasks assign as and when

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Economics or other equivalent qualifications
  • 5 years finance and accounting experience
  • Operational understanding and a proactive mind-set
  • Advanced MS Excel user
  • Ability to conceptualize and present solutions on different tasks and challenges
  • Structured and efficient; ability to prioritize
  • Service minded
  • Capability to work on various demanding tasks at the same time, with high working capacity
