Retail Operations Manager
-
· Responsible for all shop operation matters, create and observe SOP for retail operations.
· Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations at all outlets
· Provide guidance and training to retail staff. Training includes
□ Customer Service training
□ Brand and Product training
□ Selling Technique training
□ Visual Merchandising training and guidance to staff
□ Orientation Training for new retail staff and assist in conducting confirmation appraisals
· Handle customer complaints and resolve any after sales issues promptly
· Manage and motivate of sales teams to achieve sales targets
· Maintain proper housekeeping and visual merchandising at all shops
· Plan monthly duty roster for shops ensuring efficient use of manpower.
· Responsible for re-scheduling staff work duties as and when required.
· When required, assist with the setup, operation and dismantle of off-site atrium sales / bazaar
· Other duties as assigned.
