- Respond to customers’ enquiries via email or phone calls.
- Process customers’ orders into sales orders on SAP with accuracy.
- Monitor and update customers on their order status proactively.
- Assist commercial team on daily sales operations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation of all deliveries/ collections.
- Arrange/ allocate stocks for deliveries
- Liase with delivery vendor on delivery arrangements
- Issue purchase order to vendors according to schedule or as and when required, and follow through till the goods arrive in stock
- Liase with forwarder to ensure smooth and on-time arrival of shipments
- Min. Diploma in Science related field/supply chain management/ business administration
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service/call center.
- Experience with SAP will be advantageous.
- Able to start work on short notice
