Our client is a globally leading technology protection services provider with millions of consumers across the globe. With offices across multiple continents, they are establishing a dynamic and rewarding environment for their employees to grow in.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and delivering sales plan.
  • Implementing an account growth strategy to maximise sales and retention across all of the client’s sales channels.
  • Providing sales support and partnering with the sales channels to deliver sales aids, training-cum-coaching, best practices and sales incentives to sales staff.
  • Managing day to day requests for support and escalations from the channel, driving higher client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow sales through expanding addressable markets, enhanced product features and additional sales channels.
  • Providing internal stakeholders with regular market feedback and competitor insight.
  • Presenting weekly sales reports and improvement plans.
  • Ensuring all levels of the client’s sales team understand the benefits and unique value proposition of the program to the client themselves and their consumers.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant subject areas
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Retail Sales / Retail Account Management, ideally mobile device retail experience.
  • You have a proven record in building and executing sales programs and delivering sales results     
  • You are capable of developing and delivering sales support initiatives across large retail networks.
  • You demonstrate expertise and flair in sales/product training and presentation skills to small and large groups
  • You have outstanding communication and influencing skills across multiple levels.
  • You have advanced problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A strong execution mindset and ability to achieve challenging goals is essential for the role
  • You demonstrate high integrity, self-motivation, enthusiasm, energy and a can-do attitude.
  • You are able to work autonomously and demonstrate independent initiative.
  • You are fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English to be able to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
