Responsibilities:


• Plan and execute the full spectrum of local/regional marketing campaigns for greatest brand impact


• Coordinate and work collaboratively with Phillip’s regional office, internal multi-functional stakeholders and external partners to conceptualize, implement and execute marketing campaigns


• Develop creative ideas, design and marketing collaterals using various design software


• Execute marketing activities across various marketing channels such as social media, Google Ads, YouTube, Mailchimp and more


• Track, measure and evaluate data to conceptualize effective marketing initiatives and strategies


• Proactive in driving digital performances by generating engagements, leads, and conversions


• Coordinate and participate in promotions, marketing campaigns, and events to attract new customers, and perform post-analysis of marketing initiatives for tracking, analyzing and reporting purposes


• Actively plan and execute company events and projects by organizing webinars, seminars, and roadshows


• Manage internal website content and identify approaches and strategies to improve User Experience and User Interface




Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in marketing or business;


• 2-3 years of related experience in marketing or communications area and 1-2 years' experience in Digital Marketing such as Social Media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Display (GDN) and Programmatic


• Good command of English and proficiency in copywriting for marketing collaterals


• Familiar with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effect, Bannersnack, and Premiere Pro


• Experience with data analysis by using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools


• Basic knowledge of WordPress backend


• Knowledge of performing keyword research and expansion for Search Engine Optimization as well as experience in the financial industry is a bonus


• Able to work under pressure; experience in managing multiple projects and working in cross-functional teams


• Up to date with industry news and latest trends in digital marketing
