Wealth Planning Manager (Personal Banker)
Our client (a full-licensed bank in Singapore) is one of the top brands in the region and consistently being rated one of the safest banks globally.
• A sales-oriented role: Your main duty is providing financial/wealth planning advisory and cross-selling financial and investment products such as Insurance, Investment Funds, Retail Structured Products to meet the clients’ needs
• Clients are provided by the bank from the mass market segment, you need not bring in your own clients
• Points of communication with the clients are via tele-advisory, servicing the branch walk-ins and sales appointments
• As and when required, it is part of your job to service the bank’s clients in accounts opening, retail loans, mortgage… etc
• The bank provides a comprehensive and professional training covering (not limited to) rules & regulations and products/solutions for the initial 6 weeks upon joining. Subsequent structured trainings/workshops are provided bank wide from time to time.
• Minimum Diploma of any discipline, with or without experience
• Open to candidates without sales experience, from any industry
• Personal Bankers from other banks seeking a better career progression (upgrade in corporate rank and pay) are encouraged to speak with us as we also provide banking career advisory
• Candidates without a sales background must have a strong interest in sales and are comfortable in managing sales pressure
• Highly motivated and targets driven
Remuneration (Depending on relevant experience)
• Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance + Attractive Commission
