- Inbound processing in WMS/ SAP
- Answering email/ calls for supplier booking
- Correspond with buyers/ suppliers for receipt discrepancies
- Update tracking data for supplier booking
- Physical receipt from suppliers
- General Admin duties, order office Stationeries, catering etc
- Update OT hours in system
- Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm
