We are looking for Business Development Executive for a company with a diversified portfolio in shipping and logistics services

The Job

Roles & responsibilities :

  • Develop new customers and businesses. Grow account revenue, market share, and profit goals to meet objectives. 
  • Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy their needs in addition to value-adding to their needs. 
  • Ensuring monitoring of sales activities, manage sales pipeline, develop a systematic approach to push specific behaviors, and ultimately drive to achieve the desired success.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, increase client lifetime value by cross-selling and up-selling
  • Strong understanding of the client’s business, industry & competitive landscape
  • Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs. 
  • Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams. 

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience in Business Development
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
