You will handle and manage customers’ orders and requests with professionalism as well as interact and coordinate with staff within the network and vendors for order fulfillment.

You will also provide enhanced services to meet or exceed customers’ needs, recognise their problems and resolve them satisfactorily.
In addition, you will also be responsible for service performance and management reporting.
Min O levels and above
Preferably with customer service experience
Training will be provided for selected candidates.
Working hours: 6am – 3:45pm/ 730am – 5:15pm/ 8am – 5:45pm / 830am – 6:15pm (including weekends and PH)
- Able to claim cab for 1st shift
Shift allowance: $9/ day per 1st shift ,Will be rostered to work any 5 days of the week
