☑ Interior Design (Commercial Malls Projects)

☑ Salary: $5300 - $6200 + Allowance 

☑ Familiar with M&E submission (Permit to work, drawings)

☑ Working Location: Kaki Bukit (MRT Walking Distance)

☑ Opportunity to travel overseas

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth take-over and handover of sites

• Formulate project plans that effectively allocate the resources required by the projects

• Lead, monitor and implement the projects with the assurance that timelines, workmanship, safety and technical aspects requirements.

• Manage all project risk and issues

• Submit relevant documents to landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner

• Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations

• Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involves in the project

• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation

• Ensure that all the defects have been rectified before the arrangement for pre-site inspection.

• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Job Requirement:

• Min 5 years of project management

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of studies

• Strong leadership, organization and planning skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Well versed in MS Office applications, internet research skills

• Experience in managing and leading project teams in successful outcome
