Our client is a boutique recruitment agency providing scalable and effective recruitment services across multiple geographies including, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, and the Philippines, etc.

The Job

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Mining the pain points and potential needs of large customers, providing corresponding analysis and solutions through consulting services; 
  • Integrate different product resource modules of the company, coordinate internal resources of the company, and provide full-link marketing product solutions (systems + services) for key customers, including but not limited to the overall business communication with customers 'MO/CIO/CDO consulting solutions (demand mining, consulting diagnosis, solution negotiation, product proposals, marketing cloud products and services sales); 
  • Become a trusted partner and professional marketing consultant to make customer marketing simple, grow naturally and improve the efficiency and efficiency of customer marketing;
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining customer groups in 1-2 industries to ensure the penetration and market share of the company's product solutions in the corresponding industries.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree or above
  • You have at least 5 years experience of large enterprise brand marketing or Party B marketing brand advertising service or business consulting company or large software/system service provider customer development;
  • You have a certain understanding of the process and methods of marketing and brand building
  • Familiarity with customer groups in 1-2 industries, such as automobile, FMCG, tourism, finance, e-commerce, IT/digital/3C
  • You have abundant experience in market and customer development, negotiation and service. 

Post competence:

  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills, be able to build deep trust with customers and professional image
  • Possess learning ability, quick understanding of customer business, keen analysis of customer marketing needs, pain points
  • You have the ability of consulting solutions, large customer management and project management
  • You are result-oriented, enthusiastic about business and provide professional value to key customers. 
  • You have good communication, organization, coordination and promotion ability
  • A strong sense of responsibility, initiative and execution is required for this role
  • You possess strong learning ability, clear logical thinking and good at summarizing
