Our client is a crypto-asset exchange platform powered by blockchain, AI and ML. They offer a streamlined user experience along with state-of-the-art security and round the clock support, enabling their users to trade at the fastest speed from day one.


The Job

You will be responsible for :


  • Acquiring, developing and maintaining relationships with institutional, VIP, HNW clients globally
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients needs and establishing strong relationships through sustained communication
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysing user behaviour, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports
  • Communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
  • You have worked with a portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc
  • You have a passion for Crypto and ideally have industry experience.
  • You possess strong communication and relationship maintenance skills
  • You are able to be flexible in a variety of situations and work under pressure
  • You are a detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • You have strong communication skills in English to be able to liaise with international clients.
