Customer Service Representative
Job Scope:
• Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, which could include phone, chat,
email, etc
• Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls
• Responsible to handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
• Building sustainable customer relationships.
• Keep records of all the conversations in organized manner
Requirement:
• Prior experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
• Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
• Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
Working hours:
- 8am to 6pm (Mon – Sun)
- 1 day off on weekday and 1 day off on weekend
Work location: Kaki Bukit Office
