PROCUREMENT ANALYST/PMO (IT SOURCING)
Looking for suitable candidates with Procurement experience in Financial Service Industry to join the IT sourcing team.
Job Description:
• To work closely with Category/Sourcing Managers in SG and Region for various procurement projects and initiatives.
• Support internal stakeholder to manage the RFx process, evaluating the contracts and award of the contracts.
• Support contract renewal.
• Procurement process improvement.
• Ensure procurement compliance to the bank’s standard.
• You will be involved is supporting program/project management
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma any discipline
• At least 1 to 3years of sourcing/procurement experience in Financial Services Industry – IT Hardware/Software & Services knowledge, Telco or Program / Project Management
• Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, data analytics skills would be advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, Project management skill
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Singaporean only
• This is a outsource role, must be able to commit one year contract
