Lead sales across South East Asia for a large AI/ML startup backed by top VCs.
Our client is a leading AI & Analytics company that provides SaaS-based solutions to its customers globally.
This is a key leadership role within the Sales organisation. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and manage a team of 3 Sales Managers across South East Asia. Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets.
Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships across multiple sectors ( F&B, Financial Services, etc.)
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reviews with Country sales reps.
Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 8 years of experience within Enterprise Sales in SaaS/ IT Services or Analytics industries.
You have solid sales experience in a regional role covering South East Asia.
You have a strong understanding of complex sales processes and longer sales cycles.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build & lead high-performing remote sales teams.
