Business Recruiter (Management Trainee) - Training and Mentorship provided
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to screening & selection of talents, to making of final offer
- Providing professional consultation on employment market and practices to clients and candidates
- Conducting market research on the industry
- Liaising with advertising agencies to put up recruitment positions for clients
- Business Development/ Account Management
- Corporate business development and sales of HR Services
- Developing and fostering a strong and harmonious working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues through regular client visits.
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- No work experience is needed, as training and mentorship is provided
- Keen in HR sales
