Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Planner in event operations (Wedding & Corporate event)
- Operation of AV/PA for the event
- Set up chairs & tables for event
- Assist program coordination with planners & vendors for event
- Take care of stock
- Filing and sorting of documents
- Photocopying and email correspondence
- Purchase of some office supplies and items for event
- Need to Manage schedule of team ( 3 person)
- Source & handle part-timers to do actual day event operation.
- Other event and office miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time
Salary:
- $3000 - $4000 + AWS + Bonus

Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years event experience at hotel or event company.
- Required to handle bulky/heavy items i.e moving of tables & chairs from one place to another
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide alternative solutions quickly
- Responsible and meticulous team player
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays
