Our Client is a fast growing B2B platform in the field of payment and cash management services, headquartered in Singapore.

The Job

As a Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online community. This includes: 

  • Designing and implementing the right social media strategy to align with the company's business goals.
  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients and engaging with potential new ones.
  • Creating daily content that is relevant to the targeted community to keep them engaged.
  • Continuously engaging and exciting the target community to encourage user-generated content such as reviews and comments.
  • Researching trends, understanding audience preferences and benchmarking strategy against the rest of the industry.
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Working closely with other team members, sales and customer service
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Reporting on a weekly basis on objectives & ROI.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related field.
  • You have strong work experience as a Social media manager and knowledge in online marketing channels.
  • You bring strong copywriting skills, as well as a knack for designing and delivering engaging content.
  • You have solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
