Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR)
- 5 days work week
- Location: Benoi - West
- Transport provided
Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct proactive talent searches and build talent pools
- Evaluate talents using various resources and tools
- Maintain high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment
- Collaborate with business to assess candidate qualities, skills and fit
- Review sourcing channels performance and advise on suitable channels for hiring
- Recommend and communicate recruiting strategies, tools, and processes
- Ensure compliance with policies for paperwork
- Participate in recruitment events and sourcing activities
Job Requirement:
- Good to have recruitment experience from both recruitment firm & corporate HR
- Experience in recruitment for manufacturing/engineering Industry
- Knowledgeable in sourcing both Executive & Non-executive role
