Accounts & Admin Executive
Able to prepare full set accounts, including P&L, Balance sheet, Trial balance, bank reconciliation
Perform AP/AR role, Debtors and Creditors listing, Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Credit Note, banking and shipping documentation, GST tabulation and reporting
Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on logistics.
Reimbursement of petty cash claims and filing of claims
Administrative procedures for issuing of cheque and payment vouchers
General accounting duties
All general administrative and filing works
Taking sales call, enquiries and generation of quotation when required
Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
Ad-hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Accounting Certification
Minimum 2 year working experience
PC Literate for MS Office (Excel, Words)
Ability to operate SAGE accounting software will be added advantage
Independent and meticulous
Able to multi-task & work independently.
