Job Description – Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customer to achieve their product needs through effective consultation
• Attending to customers’ sales and aftersales inquiries/feedback.
• Managing the retail store and handle all sales functions.
• Merchandising the shop, maintaining store inventory, tidiness, cleanliness, and other related duties.
• Assist customer to achieve their product needs through effective consultation
• Promoting and achieving satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity.
• Processing and organizing customer orders and ensuring customer receive the products on time.
• Follow up orders from ordering to delivery/installations. 
• Working with delivery/installers to ensure proper delivery and setup.
• Assist in the organizing and setup of marketing events.
• Keeping yourself well-informed about market trends and competitor products.
• Propose and implement sales promotions and other marketing activities. 
• Few short term regional travels to overseas office may be required.
