Our Client is a FinTech company that helps businesses move money better. Through innovative technologies, they has developed a suite of payment applications to empower businesses and enterprises to scale existing markets and reach new global markets.


The Job

What you’ll be doing


  • Managing the payroll process.
  • Managing the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle process, including onboarding, and offboarding activities and administration.
  • First point of contact for all general HR queries.
  • Creating and maintaining employee personal files.
  • Maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate.
  • Preparing monthly reports (e.g., headcount, annual leave and sickness).
  • Benefits administration.
  • Any other HR Administrator ad-hoc work.
  • Office Management duties.

The Profile

You will:


  • Be excited about being in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HRIS etc)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of employment laws and practices, specifically in Singapore
  • Preferably have a bachelor’s degree or relevant HR qualification
  • Preferably have 2-3 years of experience within a similar role
