Our client is a leading provider of IT outsourcing services. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, they have developed niche expertise in the Banking and Financial industry and are a trusted partner in delivering innovative and effective business solutions.
Your responsibilities will include :
Requirement gathering for MarTech stack implementation, writing use cases, best practices in such implementations to develop a comprehensive use case document.
Being the interface between Marketing, data and tech teams to help design an architecture for the MarTech stack.
Conducting discovery of existing capabilities, bringing outside-in view and learnings to do a gap analysis
Understanding the business challenge, conducting workshops for solutioning, engaging teams in discovery process, defining the requirements and being able to break into incremental deliveries
Writing detailed requirements for the technology team and working with them to define a roadmap for implementation with a prioritisation of requirements
Ensuring that the requirements are defined keeping in mind customer journeys and experience, cost, business and existing capabilities.
You have at least 8 years of experience in a digital marketing, marketing technology, marketing interfacing with technology, project management role
You demonstrate an understanding of B2B marketing concepts
You have strong familiarity and first-hand experience with MarTech stack components such as CRM, CMS, DMP, marketing automation, customer journey management
You have experience in strategising, planning and implementation a MarTech stack in a corporation
You have strong stakeholder management skills
You have a good command of English to be able to liaise with international stakeholders
You are capable of putting together presentation slides.
