Call Center Agent
Job Scope:
• Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, which could include phone, chat,
email, etc
• Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls
• Responsible to handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
• Draft professional email respond back to customer
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application ( download application /
install/uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
Requirement:
• Prior experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
• Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
• Contact Centre Experience

• Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
Working hours:
- 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Work location: Kaki Bukit Office
