FP&A Snr Analyst (Healthcare, Mon-Fri Office Hours)
As an analyst, you must demonstrate business acumen and be viewed by the corporate function divisions as a business partner. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial planning and analysis functions of Corporate HQ in NTUC Health (including the CEO Office, HR, Finance, IT, and Corporate Communications divisions). In addition, you will assist in the preparation and consolidation of the presentation deck for financial results during the quarter end and budgeting/forecast cycle.
You will also be involved in corporate secretarial duties including preparation of board meeting agenda and materials, following up on minutes of meetings, arranging for Annual General Meeting, etc. In this position, you will report directly to FP&A Manager.
Activities:
- Typical activities of this position are shown below.
- Business Support for all divisions in Corporate Functions (including Admin, CEO Office, HR, Finance, Corporate Communications, IT, etc)
- Perform analysis of revenue and costs in each Corporate Function and manpower analysis for the entire NTUC Health
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to Corporate Functions for decision-making purposes
- Engage each division head effectively in their ongoing financial or operational needs
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting process for all Corporate Functions
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of financial presentation decks during quarter end as well as forecast and budgeting cycle
- Support FP&A manager in secretarial duties including
- Preparation and Circulation of agenda and materials for board meetings
- Preparation and Circulation of board resolutions for approval
- Following up on minutes of the meeting
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. A professional accreditation (CA, ACCA) is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years experience in audit in Big 4 (audit seniors with no FP&A background are welcome) or equivalent commercial experience in MNC
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good financial awareness and excellent analytical abilities
- Strong computer skills (preferably G-Suite) are essential
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
- Project management skills will be useful
- A team player, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently
