Customer Service – RM job in Toa Payoh at Ideals Recruitment

☑ Basic $ 2000 - $2500

☑ Location: Toa Payoh

☑ Working Hours: Mon to Fri – Office hours

☑ No experience are welcome, on job training provided   

Job Responsibilities:

·         Handling incoming calls, Handle Technician requests, Prepare Quotations for MCSTs, Handle project correspondences.

·         Able to report customer complaints in a detailed manner, understanding of our system and products to be able to train, and communicate with customers on the functionality and operating procedures of ELV system.

·         Interact with clients to ensure all service requirements are met.

·         Making detailed proper note of instances that may need improvement.

·         Create reports for client satisfaction / dissatisfaction.

·         Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·         O Level and above

·         2- 3 years working experience in Customer Service
