This is a Permanent Role

 

This is an individual contributor role where the candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue and GP targets for the B2B / B2C segment in the assigned regions for the company and 3rd party branded storage and accessories products. The role requires active engagement and coordination with distributors, partners and global OEM customers as well as internal teams (Marcomms, Finance and Logistics) on sales, marketing and other related activities. This role will also include liaison with suppliers and HQ on product development matters.

Business Responsibilities

                      Manage the entire sales cycle from end to end with including but not limited to forecasting, sales, marketing, inventory, product delivery, AR collection with our partners / distributors in Asia (excluding Japan) for B2C business and global partners for B2B business

                      Actively explore new sales opportunities with new partners / distributors in assigned markets

                      Conduct sales calls, presentations, product demonstrations to customers and partners

                      Build long lasting relationships with distributors / partners and support them to develop downstream sales whenever necessary

                      Participation in sales events, roadshows, seminars or workshops wherever necessary

                      PSI submission and management, inventory management

                      Work with various internal and external stakeholders proactively to achieve customer excellence

                      Coordination with HQ and suppliers on new product development

                      Regional travelling expected (depending on the prevailing company travel rules)

 

Administrative Responsibilities

                      Forecast planning, preparation of inventory, sales tracking reports

                      Tracking of product development processes

                      Manage sales and rebate paper work and processes wherever necessary

 

Experience/Qualification

                      Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant sales experience in B2B/B2C segment, preferably in IT industry

                      Degree in Computer Science/Business/Marketing or related discipline

                      Good understanding of the IT market, trends and regulatory environment

                      Ability to develop and build relationships with distributors and partners

                      Self-starter, mature, independent, results driven with high level of uncompromising integrity
