Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
You will be responsible for :
Managing the customer journey after onboarding for our mass-segment customer base.
Leading and coaching the customer success, transaction monitoring and periodic KYC team.
Ensuring accounts stay compliant with regulations and policies
Maximising client engagement by helping them to take full advantage of the company's features
Designing & owning the client experience and creating key touch points between your team and the clients
Owning engagement and retention as well as operational metrics such as transaction review speed & accuracy, account compliance review speed & accuracy
You have at least 7 years of experience as team leader in a startup or tech company including experience in a customer-facing role.
You have a track record of leadership & operations
You are extremely resourceful and show resilience in finding solutions to the most challenging issues
You have a positive attitude, are self-motivated and are ready to own and build your team
You are highly analytical and structured, making operations run like clockwork.
